I have a LONG history with Blender - I wrote some of the earliest Blender tutorials, worked for Not a Number and helped run the crowdfunding campaign that open sourced Blender (the first one on the internet!). I founded BlenderNation in 2006 and have been editing it every single day since then ;-) I also run the Blender Artists forum and I'm Head of Community at Sketchfab.

Nice that the checkboxex are in yellow.
I learned that I have to learn more about the UV editor from the second video. That was amazing. I also learned that it pays to keep the model well organized and well named. I saw how much time it took to separate the entities after they were modelled so the materials could be applied. Well done.
Question for architecture model meshes to be used with 3D printing... do you prefer making the entire thing one watertight piece or is multiple overlapping watertight meshes the way to go?
Great tutorial and modeling! I really appreciate use my blender interface (moyo)!
