BlenderNation is growing out of its current server and I'll move the site to another location today. Expect at least several hours of downtime.
Update: we're back! Wow, it only took 1.5 hours to move my 40GB server instance from one location to the next and be online again. Once more, I'm super happy with my hoster, Digital Ocean. If you ever want to give them a try, please use my referral link to sign up. Thanks :)
For background information, I've moved my instance from the Amsterdam datacenter to Frankfurt, Germany. This center supports Digital Ocean's 'Block Storage', allowing me to greatly expand my storage. I guess I should start making plans for how to use it. Any ideas? Personal pages/portfolios for everyone, perhaps? :)

1.5 hour? It impresses me :) I need half of day to migrate servers.
The process was very simple: take a snapshot of the server, assign it to another region, use the snapshot to instantiate a new server. Then, I changed the DNS and that was it :)
Is easy when you move your site, where everything works. I love downloading client's small site with 5 subpages, where is 6000 files (and 11MB database) from cheap hosting :) Nevermind. Now blendernation works great, THANKS!
Next time you may try Szczecin's home.pl hosting. Szczecin, my home city, is a great place for projects like Blender.
How about a gallery of works submitted to BN? Sortable by best rated and by most recent. Along with comments when focused in a single piece. Still and video categories. I'd probably submit more often.
That is interesting yes - I've actually considered that. Should you be able to 'follow' artists etc too?
Woah, Digital Ocean has some pretty good pricing. I might just move my site over to them. I can't say I've been happy with GoDaddy in the last year.
I like the idea of a community gallery of sorts. BN would be a great place to have it.
