For three decades, Brisbane architect, artist and designer, Paul Fairweather, has applied his high level of creativity to design and business in his pursuit to achieve outstanding and enduring architecture, art, design and business outcomes.
In June 2009 he completed the successful sale of his share in Fairweather Proberts Architects and now consults on creative thinking for both creative and non-creative businesses. Paul’s focus is around sustainability, innovation, ideas generation, problem solving, strategy and the empowerment of creative thinking. Paul is a great collaborator and a communicator, a highly strategic creative thinker who can be both insightful & decisive. He is a fast talker, and a forward thinker.
Paul has a lot of energy and support for anyone in a creative field of endeavour, and this wins him friends of all ages from all walks of life. He is a great connector of peoples’ potential. In March 2010 Paul Co-hosted TEDxBrisbane, an independently organised TED event at the State Library of Queensland. This conference brought together the most creative and critical thinkers that Brisbane and Queensland has to offer, and through the TED network offers the opportunity to spread their ideas to a world stage. Paul has attended the last 3 TED conferences in the US, and in February 2010 was given a 3 minute slot on the main stage to present “Drawing inspiration from TED”
