Greenfest is Australia’s largest free green festival with 5 stages of music, 200 exhibitors and 60 000 visitors in 2009. It was designed by Colman to support cultural shifts towards cooler consumer, production and government decision making. Colman personally believes a cooler future is about linking personal care to global outcomes through personal, community and economic health.

Colman’s background
· Immigrant family from Ireland
· School and University in Brisbane
· Marketing career around the world
· Director of marketing for DHL ( global transport company) by age 28
· Designed marketing research and pricing systems
· Award winning creative for TV commercials and promotions
· Self employed marketing consultant and freelance advertising creative since 1998
· 2006 decided to show how, rather than consult any longer, formulating “Greenfest” to accelerate change
· Now is planning to take on the Super GP after it fell over this year on the Gold Coast and replace it with Greenstock; combining music, expo and clean energy sports
· Believes the change we need is cultural and not regulatory
· Has 2 kids, lives in Brisbane, engaged to be happily married next year.
